Qualifications & experience
Any years’ experience in the Gardening/Landscape Maintenance industry is a bonus
Experience operating range of commercial landscape maintenance equipment (eg Ride on mowers, push mowers, whipper snippers etc) is a bonus
Ability to listen to instructions and carry out work as instructed
Encourage other team members to work effectively together.
Good time management and communication skills
The ability to adhere to company WH&S; policies ensuring a safe and productive workplace
A desire to provide a high quality commercial Landscape Maintenance / Gardening service
Tasks & responsibilities
Working on site on various landscape maintenance jobs around Penrith and Western Sydney learning your trade
1 day a week TAFE course to qualify as Cert III in Parks & Gardens
Regularly liaising with your Manager/Supervisor.
Ensuring all works are completed in a protected manner.
Role is project based on various sites, working with the team to ensure targets are met.
Management of a variety of landscape maintenance tasks.
Competitive wage package (and bonuses) are negotiable
Training including
Wage increases as you pass TAFE years (or anniversary) and at the end of financial year
Qualify at the end of 4 years - fast track to becoming a tradesman!
