About the Role

Join a highly regarded family law team within a premium Gold Coast practice. You will manage a complex and high quality caseload, supported by an experienced team and the resources of an established legal practice. New Zealand qualified lawyers are encouraged to apply. Tailored jurisdictional onboarding and transition support will be provided to help ensure a seamless move into the local legal market.

Duties

- Manage complex family law matters from inception through to resolution
- Draft court documents, correspondence and legal advice
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations and negotiations
- Manage files independently while working collaboratively with the wider team

Skills and Experience

- Minimum of 3 years PAE in family law
- Robust advocacy, drafting and legal writing skills
- Proven ability to manage files autonomously
- Excellent communication and client management skills
