If you're an experienced SMP Project Coordinator who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and seeing projects through from concept to completion, this is an opportunity to make your mark.

At ENAP, you'll coordinate a diverse range of mechanical and structural projects across South East Queensland, backed by experienced in-house engineering, workshop and site teams. What You'll Be Doing

This isn't a role where you'll simply administer projects from behind a desk. You'll be actively involved from the initial client enquiry through to fabrication, installation and final commissioning, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.

You'll be responsible for:

- Preparing quotations, scopes of work and tender submissions
- Coordinating engineering, drafting, procurement and workshop fabrication activities
- Planning, scheduling and overseeing site installation and commissioning works
- Monitoring project progress, quality, budgets and client expectations
- Leading and supporting multidisciplinary trade teams including Boilermakers, Fitters, Sheetmetal Workers and Machinists

We're looking for someone who combines practical engineering knowledge with strong project coordination and leadership skills.

You'll ideally bring:





- A trade qualification or practical experience within a metal engineering discipline
- Proven experience delivering mechanical, structural or SMP projects from concept through to completion
- Experience preparing quotations, tenders and coordinating project delivery
- A sound understanding of heavy industrial equipment and construction environments
- The ability to lead trade teams, build strong client relationships and drive projects to successful completion
- A proactive, organised approach with solid problem-solving skills
- A genuine commitment to safety, quality and teamwork
