About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead and support our production team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. This hands-on role is responsible for coordinating daily production activities, maintaining quality standards and ensuring the efficient completion of custom-built products.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, a commitment to continuous improvement and a focus on safety, quality and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and support production team members to achieve daily production targets
- Plan and coordinate daily workflow, allocating tasks and resources effectively
- Lead by example and foster a positive, high-performing team culture
- Motivate, mentor and develop team members to maximise productivity and engagement




- Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications
- Apply Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement
- Flux, bake and solder radiator cores prior to despatch to ensure product integrity
- Silver solder corners and seal header plates to specification
- Complete core washing, preparation and finishing activities
- Conduct testing of radiator cores to identify leaks and ensure quality compliance
- Safely operate lifting equipment, including chains, jigs and other handling devices
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, completing required daily housekeeping checks
- Adhere to all workplace health and safety requirements
- Perform additional duties as reasonably required by the business

About You

- Previous supervisory or leadership experience within a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and support a team
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- A team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles (desirable)
- Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement
