About the role
Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and qualified Speech Pathologist who is passionate about working with children and families and delivering evidence-based, high-quality intervention. You will:
- Manage a paediatric caseload (0–15 years), including children with ASD, GDD, developmental delays, and other disabilities
- Provide assessment and intervention across: peech and language development
- Early communication skills
- Literacy and pre-literacy skills
- Social communication
- Feeding and swallowing (if applicable to scope)
- Work within a holistic, family-centred model
- Collaborate closely with families, carers, and educators
- Participate in regular multidisciplinary team meetings to share case discussions and best practice strategies
- Contribute to collaborative care planning within a multi-disciplinary team of allied and holistic health practitioners
- Have the option to train into the Key Worker Model
- Work primarily in-clinic (approximately 90%), with occasional outreach to schools and homes
- Support regional clients as required
