We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a dynamic role within a supportive environment that values growth, collaboration and excellence.

The Role

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a residential property portfolio with a solid focus on client satisfaction

Build and maintain positive relationships with landlords and tenants

Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repairs in a timely and cost-effective manner

Conduct routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections, and prepare detailed reports





Manage leasing processes, including open homes and tenant selection

Arrears management and lease renewals

Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company procedures

General administrative tasks associated with portfolio management

About You

Previous experience in property management

Strong customer service focus with excellent communication skills

Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities

Proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Professional presentation and a positive attitude

Certificate of Registration / Real Estate Licence

Available to work occasional Saturdays on a rotating roster (approximately one in every 6-8 weeks).
