About the Opportunity

Reporting to the General Manager - Operations, this newly created leadership role is responsible for overseeing Health, Safety & Environment, facilities and site services across a highly regulated manufacturing site. You'll lead the site's WHS strategy, manage GMP-critical facilities, oversee contractors and capital projects, and ensure compliance with GMP, TGA and WHS standards. Working closely with Operations, Production, Quality and Supply Chain,



you'll build robust systems, strengthen compliance and drive continuous improvement across the business. This is an prospect to make a genuine impact by shaping the future of a growing organisation and creating a safer, more efficient operational environment.

Duties

- Lead the site Health, Safety & Environment function
- Develop and improve WHS management systems
- Manage facilities maintenance and critical infrastructure
- Oversee contractor management and site services
- Lead incident investigations and corrective actions
- Drive safety audits, risk assessments and compliance activities
- Manage capital works and facility improvement projects
- Chair the site WHS Committee
- Manage facility budgets and external service providers
- Partner with operational leaders to drive continuous improvement

Skills & Experience

- WHS leadership experience
- Facilities or site management
- GMP or regulated environment
- WHS qualification preferred
