Sesami is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team in Sydney supporting the Western Suburbs. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing in office maintenance and repair services for our clients' cash management solutions. This is a full-time role, with the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing

- Respond to service calls and perform maintenance and repair services on a variety of equipment at client sites
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, and implement effective solutions
- Maintain detailed records of all service work performed
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service




- Collaborate with the wider Sesami team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery

What we're looking for

- Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience
- Strong technical skills and the ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of equipment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients and the wider team
- Flexibility and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- A valid driver's licence and the ability to travel to client sites as required
