The Bella Venezia Group is seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand to join our professional kitchen team across two award-winning Mooloolaba restaurants.

This is an important role within our kitchens. You will work alongside experienced chefs, help keep service running smoothly and maintain the high standards of cleanliness and organisation our venues are known for.

Your Role Will Include

- Operating commercial dishwashing equipment
- Cleaning crockery, cutlery, cookware and kitchen equipment
- Keeping kitchen, storage and preparation areas clean and organised




- Assisting chefs with basic food preparation and general kitchen duties
- Maintaining hygiene and food-safety standards
- Supporting the kitchen team during busy lunch and dinner services

What We’re Looking For

- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliability, punctuality and the ability to work as part of a team
- Confidence working in a busy, fast-paced kitchen
- Positive attention to cleanliness and organisation
- Availability across evenings and weekends
- Previous commercial kitchen experience is preferred but not essential
- Australian working rights and reliable transport

This role would suit an experienced Kitchen Hand or someone motivated to build a career in a professional hospitality kitchen.
