Miranda Electrical is a third-generation, family-owned electrical and air conditioning business based in Tingalpa, looking after clients across Brisbane. We do things properly: safety, quality, and clear communication, every job. Lindon and Bree run the business hands-on from the office, alongside a field team of 12.

We're looking for an organised, switched-on administrator to be the engine room of the office. You'll be the first voice our private clients hear, and you'll work closely with our virtual assistant to keep our real estate portfolio running smoothly. It's diverse, no two days the same, and genuinely central to how the business runs.

What you'll do

Answer enquiries and book in work, making our private clients feel looked after from the very first call

Schedule the team and keep jobs flowing smoothly

Follow up quotes and keep clients in the loop on where things are at

Work alongside our virtual assistant to manage our real estate portfolio, keeping agents and property managers well looked after

Keep our systems accurate and tidy, and stay on top of the detail

Proactive, you spot issues early and sort them, rather than letting them slide

Reliable and trustworthy, the kind of person a tight team can lean on

Comfortable with systems and quick to pick up new ones (we use ServiceM8, GoHighLevel and Xero)

Trade experience, or a background in a client-facing or office management role, will set you apart, and it's reflected in the pay.

What's on offer

$65,000 plus super to start, with room to move for the right experience

8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. No weekends

A real path to grow. You'll start in admin support, but for the right person there's a clear opportunity to step up into Office Manager
