We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to lead our day-to-day operations in a fast-paced concrete and transport environment.
The successful candidate will be a strong leader who understands how to balance operational excellence, compliance, profitability, and customer service while supporting staff and maintaining high safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Drive profitability through effective planning, scheduling, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant workplace health and safety, transport, and industry regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop operational teams to achieve high performance.
- Manage fleet, logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation where required.
- Build robust relationships with customers, suppliers, and team members.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, and overall business performance.




- Respond to day-to-day operational challenges with practical, solution-focused leadership.

About You

- Proven leadership experience in the concrete, construction materials, transport, or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of operational compliance, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Excellent people management and communication skills.
- Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Commercially minded with a hands-on approach to leadership.
- Experience in concrete operations or transport management is highly regarded.
