Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will receive hand-on training and be responsible for learning to:
- Assist workshop technicians, trade customers, and retail customers with parts enquiries
- Learn to identify and interpret automotive parts using manufacturer catalogues and dealership systems
- Build relationships with mechanical workshops, panel repairers, and trade customers
- Process parts orders accurately and efficiently
- Assist with stock control, receiving deliveries, and inventory management
- Maintain a clean, organised, and productive parts department
- Deliver outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
- Develop knowledge of ERA DMS and manufacturer systems
