Brink is becoming a digital marketing and AI automation business, and we're looking for someone to grow with us. This role sits across content, client growth, AI tools, process improvement and business efficiency, it's part marketing, part automation, part problem-solving.

You do not need traditional marketing experience. We're far more interested in how you think, learn, solve problems and follow through.

Building and refining AI-powered workflows and automations for clients

Mapping and improving business processes

Creating content systems, not just content

Supporting client communication and growth strategy

Working across websites, analytics and lead generation

Solving practical, commercial problems, not chasing "creative vibes"
