About the Role

We're after an experienced HR Coordinator who's already worked in a blue-collar, industrial, or high-volume operational workplace and knows how HR works on the ground - not just in theory. This is a 12-month fixed term contract supporting our HR Team and Staff Engagement Manager, keeping the wheels turning across inductions, onboarding, HR admin, and day-to-day people support for our crews.

What You'll Be Doing

- Supporting our recruitment leaders with onboarding and offboarding so new starters hit the ground running




- Maintaining accurate HRIS records and preparing employment correspondence
- Supporting the HR Advisor on ER matters - documentation, scheduling, follow-up
- Being a reliable, approachable point of contact for managers and crews with HR questions
- Keeping HR trackers and reporting up to date and accurate

About You

- Solid hands-on experience in an HR coordination or generalist support role - ideally within traffic management, civil construction, transport, logistics, or another blue-collar/field-based industry
- Comfortable working with a diverse, high-volume, geographically spread workforce
- Working knowledge of Australian employment legislation and awards
- Sharp attention to detail and the organisational skills to juggle competing priorities
- Confident with HRIS platforms and the Microsoft Office suite
- Down-to-earth, approachable, and able to build trust quickly with operational teams
- Current driver's licence
