The Role: Working in the Apartment & Mixed-Use Developments side of the business, this position will see you supporting a Senior Marketing Manager on one of Sydneys largest apartment precincts. With a project life running until 2029 / 2030, you will be responsible for:

- Once strategies are in place, drive the individual project marketing goals for the business and report outcomes to the Senior Marketing Manager
- Liaise with the Project teams (Project Directors, Sales Managers, Development teams, etc) to gain feedback on executed strategies, and gather data and research
- Support across Communications, Advertising, Campaigns, Collateral, Content (direct mail, socials, website, SEM/SEO,



events etc) and Placemaking
- Work with, liaise, brief and manage external marketing service providers and creative agencies
- Undertake competitor analysis, market research
- Travel between Site and Head Office
- Manage customer satisfaction including NPS program, Google reviews, and customer testimonials

Specific Requirements:

- Must have at least 4 years marketing experience (with exposure to Property / Real estate across the majority of that time is essential)
- High level of self-motivation, initiative enthusiasm and a positive approach
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or Property preferred
- Sound written, verbal and interpersonal skills
