Position overview
We are seeking an experienced Organisational Change Management professional to support the Enterprise Change Team by delivering the bureau's Change Management Service Offering.
This role plays a key part in supporting the bureau’s Strategy 2022-2027, providing change management support and expert guidance to executive sponsors, program and project managers, as well as other enabling roles such as business analysts and communications professionals.
The successful candidate will support change leads to build and maintain solid relationships with key business areas and stakeholders to ensure that change impacts are understood, and activities address the needs of impacted stakeholders. They will also contribute to the development and implementation of effective strategies to enable the successful adoption and sustainment of new ways of working designed by project teams.
The role coordinates targeted training as well as supports the delivery of coaching, using the Prosci change methodology, to bureau leaders and teams to build capability to lead and sustain effective change adoption.
Additionally, the role will be responsible for maintaining aspects of the bureau's change management framework and approach, key artefacts, tools, templates, and reports.
Experience working within government and familiarity with delivering projects that have a customer or community impact is highly desirable.
