Inspiration Respiratory and Sleep - Spring Hill, Brisbane

Inspiration Respiratory and Sleep is a specialist respiratory and sleep medicine practice located in Spring Hill, Brisbane. We are seeking a friendly, organised and experienced Medical Administration Officer to join our professional and supportive team.

This is a casual position and with a view to part time for the right person. It is a face-to-face role, ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with patients and thrives in a busy specialist medical practice.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in ensuring every patient receives exceptional care and service.

- Welcoming patients to the clinic with a warm and professional manner
- Answering incoming telephone calls
- Booking, confirming and rescheduling appointments
- Completing appointment confirmations and pre-appointment checks
- Scanning
- Assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of specialist clinics




- Providing support to our doctors and administrative team

About You

- Previous experience in medical administration or specialist practice reception
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A friendly, compassionate and professional manner
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- The ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
- Confidence using medical software (HealthTrack experience would be highly regarded but is not essential)
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a supportive team
