What success looks like in this role:

The Technical Program Manager is required to plan, direct and co-ordinate activities to implement and manage a program of work, from initial discussions to final transition into operations, business-as-usual management. plans, schedules, monitors and reports on related activities. Establishing and maintaining appropriate and effective governance and risk management. Overseeing and managing reporting, communication and governance are in place and followed. Liaise with project managers, directors and senior management to assure all stakeholders are briefed and projects are managed to realize business benefits within the approved timelines. Additionally provide and maintain an awareness of current technical developments that may provide opportunities to the programs. Activities may include, but are not limited to: Engaging across the lifecycle of the property program and subsequent projects, from initial ideation through to completion and acceptance of functional ICT capabilities Managing interdependencies in support of specific business strategies and objectives Maintaining a strategic view over a range of projects Providing the framework for implementing business initiatives, or large-scale change Implementing practices to support iterative/agile working Ensuring activities adhere to organizational governance standards and practices Conceiving, maintaining and communicating a vision of the program's outcomes and associated benefits Agreeing business requirements and translating requirements into operational plans Determining,



monitoring and reviewing scope, costs, schedule and expected advantages Actively engage and develop strategic relationships and foster inter-agency collaboration Scheduling resources, inter-dependencies and risk Working cohesively to deliver ICT and associated infrastructure capability for projects and the program

You will be successful in this role if you have:

- 2-4 years’ leadership experience.
- NV2 Security Clearance required and preferred.
- Must be an Australian Citizen.
- This role is responsible for managing the interaction, schedule and resourcing requirements for the Australian Domestic program, whilst ensuring a strategic working relationship is built and maintained with a range of agency stakeholders, including Domestic Property Services section and Overseas Property Office and local Facilities management.
- The role will also be responsible as the onsite Seller’s point of contact for operational matters, personnel and coordinating any surge activity through the seller
