We are chasing someone who knows their way around modern vehicles, can work efficiently, diagnose faults properly, and take pride in doing the job right the first time.
This role would suit a qualified mechanic who is confident working independently, has strong diagnostic ability, and can help set the standard for the rest of the workshop.
About the Role
You'll be working on a wide range of vehicles, including general servicing, repairs, diagnostics, suspension, brakes, clutches, 4WD upgrades, and performance-related work.
This is not a basic "oil change only" role. We need someone capable, switched on, and reliable.
What We're Looking For
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Good time management and organisation
- Pride in quality workmanship
- Ability to guide or support apprentices when needed
- Current driver's licence
- Own tools
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
