Resolver Recruitment is seeking a Settlements Coordinator in Sydney to join the Client Care team. You will coordinate settlements across completed residential developments, ensuring purchasers have a seamless journey from pre-settlement inspections to key collection.
You’ll conduct inspections, manage handovers, arrange valuer access, and liaise with purchasers, solicitors and internal teams. A proactive, customer-first attitude and the ability to handle multiple priorities are essential.
