What’s the Role?
We’re on the lookout for a motivated and compassionate Rehabilitation Consultant to join our growing team! You’ll be the driving force behind life‑changing outcomes, working 1:1 with clients to support their recovery and return to work.
- Empowering clients through tailored Rehabilitation Case Management
- Conducting Functional & Worksite Assessments
- Conducting ADL Assessments, Job Task Analysis' and Ergonomic Assessments
- Collaborating with employers and health professionals to create positive outcomes
Choose Your Base: Sutherland, Blacktown or CBD
What You Bring:
- AHPRA Registration (OT or Physio) or ESSA Accreditation (EP)
- A valid Australian Driver’s License
- Top-notch communication skills and a knack for time management
