What you will do

- Leading and supporting a small production team on the floor. Building and assembling premium garage doors.
- Using hand and power tools safely and accurately. Operating machinery and equipment as required
- Monitoring product quality and adherence to safety standards. Training and guiding team members to improve capability and performance
- Helping in the warehouse with loading and unloading materials

What we require

- We’re looking for a natural leader who leads by example and thrives in a team-based manufacturing setting.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Demonstrated experience leading or supervising a team
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety. Confident using hand and power tools
- Positive communication skills and the ability to motivate others. Physically fit and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, organized and quality-focused
