Avani Mooloolaba Beach Hotel is now open, and we are looking for an exceptional Housekeeping Room Attendant to help shape how guests connect with this exciting destination.

This hotel will transform how visitors experience Mooloolaba. Positioned just 100 metres from its pristine beach, the hotel sits where surf breaks meet the buzzing esplanade. The design will seamlessly blend contemporary with coastal, the perfect backdrop for a beach escape with a side of adventure

As a Room Attendant in our brand-new Avani Mooloolaba Beach Hotel, you play a vital role in shaping each guest’s experience. You are responsible for creating a spotless, welcoming, and serene environment that reflects the highest standards of hospitality. With exceptional attention to detail, pride in presentation, and a commitment to personalized service, you ensure every room feels refined, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Your warm professionalism and dedication help transform everyday stays into memorable luxury experiences, setting the tone for the exceptional service our hotel is known for.

What We're Looking For

- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment (luxury 4–5-star experience highly regarded)
- . Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high cleanliness and presentation standards.
- . Ability to follow established procedures for cleaning, safety and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean, prepare,



and refresh guest rooms to the hotel’s 5-star luxury standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and replace amenities in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Ensure rooms are immaculate, well-presented, and ready for guest arrival or return.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly.
- Handle cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies in a safe and responsible manner.
- Provide friendly, discreet, and professional assistance when interacting with guests.
- Support guest requests promptly or communicate them to your supervisor.
- Maintain a calm, courteous presence in corridors and public areas.
- Work efficiently to meet daily room quota and turnaround times.
- Adhere to all hotel safety protocols, cleanliness standards, and security procedures.
- Practice safe manual handling and chemical use.
