What you'll own
Day-to-day operations across inbound, outbound, and fulfilment, keeping everything flowing efficiently and on time
Leading and implementing warehouse procedures, driving continuous improvement wherever you spot the opportunity
Prepping and quality-checking our machines prior to dispatch, making sure every order leaves in perfect condition
Overseeing warehouse equipment including forklifts - preparation, operation, and basic maintenance - so everything is ready to run when the shift starts
Managing equipment checks, fault reporting, and coordination with maintenance teams to minimize downtime
Owning stock accuracy, cycle counts,
and inventory management - you'll know where everything is, always
Driving KPIs and acting quick when things drift
Working cross-functionally with logistics, sales, and customer service to solve problems before they become complaints
Championing safety and compliance across the site, keeping standards high and your team protected
What you bring
Proven warehouse management experience, ideally in a B2B or wholesale distribution environment
Comfortable with Excel and Monday for reporting and day-to-day analysis
A natural problem-solver - calm under pressure and decisive when it counts
Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously
A strong communicator who can liaise with relevant departments and freight partners
