Conscious Care Group is expanding, and we're seeking dedicated Mental Health Support Workers to join our growing team. This is an exciting chance to work with a boutique NDIS support provider committed to delivering top-tier care for our Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Community Access Support (CAS) participants, all while fostering a supportive and rewarding work environment for our staff.

About the Role:

We’re looking for individuals with experience in the mental health sector, especially those with a background in supporting clients with ASD, BPD, DID, PTSD, and Schizophrenia. Previous experience as an AIN, EN, or RN is also highly valued, as we offer services to High-Intensity Support (HPS) participants. We believe that every team member plays a crucial role in our mission, and we're committed to recognising and rewarding hard work and dedication with above-award salaries!

Shifts Available:

- Day shifts: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Evening shifts: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM





Location Priority:

We have multiple SILs in this region, and preference will be given to Support Workers who are willing to travel. However, we welcome applicants from all over.

Requirements:

- Experience in Mental Health Support
- Yellow Card / NDIS Worker Clearance
- Blue Card / Working with Children Clearance
- Current First Aid / CPR Certificate
- Australian Driver’s License
- Roadworthy and insured vehicle
