Salary

Clerk Grade 9/10 – Salary from $129,464 up to $142,665 per annum (FTE) plus super and leave loading.

About the Role

Provide high-level executive support and advice to the Group Director and executive team on a range of management, policy and operational issues to assist the Climate & Natural Resources Division deliver outcomes. Your role will manage complex information, liaise with ministerial offices and Divisional staff and support decision‑making.

About You

You are comfortable with juggling competing priorities, building team-oriented networks, and turning complex policy issues into clear, actionable results.

Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in strategic planning and delivering policy outcomes
- Ability to provide high-level executive advice on complex operational issues




- Expertise in managing administrative projects and improving service quality
- Strong skills in liaising with Ministerial Offices and senior stakeholders
- Experience in research and drafting briefings for executive decision-making
