Machinery Sales Representative – New South Wales Wood Tech (part of RJS Tech Pty Ltd)

Based in Wetherill Park, NSW

Wood Tech has supplied precision woodworking machinery — CNC routers, edgebanders, panel saws and industrial cutting tools — to Australia's construction, cabinetry and manufacturing industries since 1992. We're looking for a driven Sales Representative to grow our customer base across New South Wales, based out of our Wetherill Park branch.

What you'll be doing

- Managing and growing a territory of cabinetmaking, joinery and manufacturing customers across NSW
- Identifying recent business opportunities and converting them into long-term accounts
- Running product demonstrations and site visits, working closely with our service team to support customers post-sale
- Managing your own pipeline and territory with a good degree of autonomy

What you need

- Proven sales experience, ideally in machinery, industrial equipment or a technical/trade-adjacent product
- Strong relationship-building skills — our customers expect a rep who understands their business,



not just our catalogue
- A current driver's licence and willingness to travel across NSW, including overnight trips as required
- Comfortable working autonomously and managing your own diary and pipeline in our CRM (HubSpot)
