Workforce Extensions is currently seeking experienced Production Operators with a current LF Forklift Licence to join a leading modern Manufacturing & Distribution manufacturer based in Western Sydney

Production Operator / LF Forklift Driver – Western Sydney
Working within a modern manufacturing & distribution facility, you'll play an important role in supporting production operations while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. The majority of your day will be spent performing production duties, with forklift operation required as part of the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating within the production and packing areas
- Pick packing and packing finished products
- Wrapping, labelling and palletising products for dispatch
- Loading, unloading and transporting materials using a forklift as required
- Supplying raw materials to production lines
- Completing production and quality documentation
- Conducting basic quality checks
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- Following GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), quality and safety procedures at all times
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current LF Forklift Licence
- Previous experience in a production, manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable work ethic with a robust commitment to workplace safety
