Full Time Positions Available - Monday to Friday | 38 hours per week | Various shifts

We’re currently looking for Factory Fabricators / Process Workers to join our team at our Boondall site.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, practical role where you’ll be directly involved in manufacturing and assembling Bradnam’s products. You may work across our Window, Door or Robe production lines, or in our Despatch area, depending on experience and business needs. No matter where you start, you’ll be part of a friendly, team-focused environment where everyone works together to get the job done.

Process work at Bradnam’s is varied and engaging, with plenty of opportunity to learn new skills, cross-train across different areas, and grow your career over time. If you enjoy working with your hands and take pride in producing quality work, this could be a great fit.

What you’ll be doing:

- Picking, cutting and preparing metal materials
- Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles as required
- Working across different areas of the factory while maintaining a strong focus on quality and attention to detail
- Handling products in line with approved manual handling techniques, including some heavy lifting
- Demonstrating a strong commitment to safety by following PPE requirements and all site procedures

Skills & Experience

We will provide you with all the tools and product training required to see you succeed in role and bring the Bradnam’s Difference.

- A willingness to learn about our products and processes, and have good attention to detail and quality workmanship;
- Experience with hand and power tools or be willing to learn;
- Be punctual and reliable with good communication skills;
- Previous workplace experience with Aluminium Fabrication is highly regarded, but not essential;
- Approach every task positively while demonstrating a commitment to safe work practices;
- To be successful in this role you’ll exhibit a positive, self-motivated attitude and enjoy collaborating with a team to ensure desired commercial outcomes.
