About the Role





We are looking for a motivated Graduate Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. Graduates are encouraged to apply, and full training and support will be provided.

You will work closely with our sales team to assist customers, prepare quotes, follow up orders, and help develop new business opportunities.

This role offers a clear career pathway to become a Sales Representative with attractive commission and performance bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the sales team with daily customer enquiries, quotations and order follow-ups
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
- Help develop new sales opportunities and identify potential clients
- Support business growth across Brisbane and wider markets
- Communicate product information clearly and professionally
- Work with the team to achieve sales targets and customer service goals
- Build long-term business relationships with trade and industry customers

Requirements

- Holds a valid driver’s licence
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not essential
- Graduates are encouraged to apply
- Bilingual ability in English and Chinese is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional presentation and customer-focused mindset
- Interest in building materials, aluminium windows and doors hardware, or trade supply industry will be highly regarded
