The Opportunity

This is not your average Workshop Controller role. We are looking for a sharp, experienced operator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and knows how to keep a busy workshop firing on all cylinders. What You'll Do

- Own the daily scheduling and loading of a high-volume technician team to maximise throughput and efficiency
- Drive the flow of work across the workshop floor — keeping jobs moving, technicians productive, and customers informed
- Be the critical link between service advisors, technicians, and customers, ensuring clear and timely communication at every touchpoint
- Keep repair orders accurate, complete, and processed without missing a beat
- Lead the team to smash CSI, productivity, and efficiency KPIs
- Uphold Toyota service standards, warranty compliance, and workshop safety — every time, no exceptions
- Coordinate with parts to eliminate downtime and keep the bay doors turning
- Bring genuine leadership energy to technicians and apprentices every single day

What We're Looking For





- Proven experience as a Workshop Controller — high-volume experience highly regarded
- A natural ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing your cool
- Strong communication skills and a presence that commands respect on the workshop floor
- A customer-first mindset backed by the drive to deliver results
- Proficiency with dealer management systems (experience with TUNE or similar highly regarded)
- Current Queensland driver's licence
