We are seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist to join our Canberra-based team. This role focuses on supporting individuals to build functional capacity, independence and participation across home, work and community environments. About the Role





You will deliver high-quality occupational therapy services under NDIS and private models across a mixed caseload.

Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting functional and capacity assessments
- Developing evidence-based intervention plans
- Providing therapy in clinic, home, schools, workplace and community settings
- Completing functional capacity, assistive technology and progress reports
- Supporting clients to achieve meaningful participation and independence
- Collaborating with families, support coordinators and multidisciplinary professionals

This role offers flexibility to shape your clinical focus, including adult rehabilitation, psychosocial disability, assistive technology or mixed caseloads.

About You

- AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
- Strong assessment, communication and organisational skills
- Client-centred, proactive and outcomes-focused
- Current Australian driver’s licence, reliable vehicle and comprehensive motor vehicle insurance.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and ACT Working With Vulnerable People registration (or willingness to obtain)
