This is a doing role. You won't be building strategy from scratch or getting lost in politics — our CMO owns the plan and the direction. Your job is to bring it to life brilliantly, hands-on, and move the numbers.

Absolute Domestics is Australia's largest domestic cleaning agency. For 33 years we've connected households across Australia and New Zealand with quality, vetted cleaners — regular, once-off and end-of-lease cleans, plus funded NDIS, Aged Care and DVA programs.

We're not what you'd assume. Behind the brand sits a real technology and marketplace business: four websites, a custom CRM, a cleaner app with GPS check-in, an integrated payments platform, and a recruitment engine placing thousands of independent contractors. Every campaign balances client demand against cleaner supply, region by region — marketplace marketing without the startup chaos.

We're in a growth phase, and we need a great executor to make the marketing plan happen.

What you'll do

- Deliver our CRO / A/B testing on the booking funnels
- Build and run email and lifecycle campaigns for nurture, retention and win-back
- Support cleaner recruitment marketing — supply matters as much as demand
- Help us show up in AI search results (ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI)





You’ll have a clear brief from the CMO and the freedom to execute it well. Your KPI is simple: new client bookings per month. Not impressions. Not activity. Bookings.

Who you are

- 7+ years hands‑on in lead‑gen or consumer services
- A genuine maker — you write the ad, edit the landing page, read the GA4 report and build the email yourself
- Happy executing to a clear strategy rather than setting it — you’d rather do great work than run a department
