We are seeking proactive and skilled Maintenance Fitters to join ourTurkeyPrimary Processing Site in Tahmoor. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment to ensure smooth and effective production operations.
We are offering an afternoon shiftrolewith full-time hours and a fixed roster.
Available Position:
- Monday to Friday
- 40 hours per week
- 13:00 PM – 21:30PM
- Full-time, fixed roster
- Immediate start

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on production equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical faults to minimise downtime
- Conduct regular equipment inspections to ensure reliability and safety
- Assist with plant upgrades, installations, and modifications
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve mechanical issues
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and parts used
- Follow workplace health and safety standards at all times
What You Bring to the Role:
- Trade qualification as a Fitter or Mechanical Engineer (essential)
- Previous experience in a high-volume manufacturing or food processing environment (preferred)
- Strong mechanical aptitude with problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems (desirable)
