About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key link between our customers and our workshop, ensuring every customer receives a professional, transparent and enjoyable service experience.
Your responsibilities will include
- Greeting customers and managing service appointments
- Preparing repair orders and accurately documenting customer concerns
- Liaising with technicians regarding vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Preparing quotations and obtaining customer authorisation
- Providing regular updates throughout the repair process
- Managing workshop bookings and vehicle workflow
- Delivering exceptional customer service from vehicle drop-off through to collection
- Building lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat business
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment and genuinely wants to build a career in the automotive industry.
You’ll ideally possess
- Previous Service Advisor or automotive customer service experience
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confidence using computer systems
- A professional presentation and positive attitude
- The ability to remain calm under pressure
- A current Australian Driver Licence
Highly Regarded Experience
Experience with any of the following will be highly advantageous:
- Dealership Service Advisor experience
- Titan DMS / ERA
- Pentana
- Podium
- Manufacturer warranty processes
- Multi-franchise dealership experience
- Upselling maintenance recommendations ethically and professionally
