Trade Assistant - Construction | Local SEQ Work| Ongoing Industrial

If you're an experienced Construction Trade Assistant looking for consistent local site work, a professional team environment and genuine long-term stability - this role delivers.

We're expanding our Projects & Installations Team to support ongoing shutdowns, upgrades and brownfield project work across SEQ - including Yatala, Nerang, Coomera and Ormeau. This is local work only - no DIDO or FIFO.

What the Role Involves

This is hands‑on industrial construction work across established operational sites - not short-term labour hire placements or stop‑start project work.

You'll be part of a structured construction team delivering industrial projects across live operating sites, where safety, planning and teamwork are at the core of everything we do.

You'll be involved in:

- Assisting with industrial construction, installation and maintenance activities
- Preparing materials, tools and equipment for daily site work
- Supporting structural steel and mechanical installations
- Assisting with shutdowns, plant upgrades and brownfield projects
- Operating hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Performing general labouring duties including lifting, material handling and site housekeeping
- Operating Elevated Work Platforms (EWP) where required
- Assisting with rigging and dogging activities
- Following site safety procedures, participating in toolbox talks and maintaining a clean, organised worksite
- Working alongside experienced tradespeople to deliver safe,

Are You an ENAP Fit?

- Previous experience as a Trade Assistant within industrial construction environments
- White Card
- Working at Heights (within 2 years) - Essential
- EWP over 11m - Essential
- Rigging and Dogging Tickets - Essential
- Confined Space and Forklift tickets highly regarded
- Solid commitment to safety and following site procedures
- Physically fit and comfortable working in demanding industrial environments
- Reliable, motivated and a genuine team player
- Takes pride in quality work and helping the team succeed
