About the role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Processor to join our Production Processing Team. This role focuses on the administrative side of production — entering and managing customer job orders using our internal software, ensuring every detail is correct before production begins.
This role suits someone with a trade or manufacturing background — whether you're looking to move off the tools into an office-based role, you're recently out of your apprenticeship, or you've worked in an adjacent industry and understand how a production setting operates. We'll train you on the specifics of cabinetmaking and our systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and process customer orders in our internal software accurately and efficiently.
- Batch and organise jobs to create a smooth production workflow.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure jobs are completed on schedule.
- Monitor materials and adjust schedules where required.
- Provide administrative support to keep production running smoothly.
What You’ll Bring
- A background in a trade, manufacturing, or an adjacent industry — whether from time on the tools, a completed apprenticeship, administration, or hands-on production experience.
- Strong computer skills and confidence picking up new systems quickly.
