An exciting opportunity has become available for a Technology Trainer to join the Corporate Services Team at a leading national law firm in Sydney CBD.
Working closely with new starters across the firm, you'll play a key role in delivering engaging induction training, supporting onboarding and ensuring staff are confident using the firm's systems from day one. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a team-oriented environment and is passionate about learning and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging induction and onboarding training to new starters across the firm.
- Support the onboarding process for new systems and tools.
- Provide support by both phone and email to ensure smooth transition into systems and processes.
- Develop, update and maintain induction training materials, guides and resources.

Who Will Fit This Opportunity?
- Previous experience as a Learning & Development Trainer, Legal Assistant or Office Manager.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of the professional services industry, legal terminology and legislative requirements.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage users of all technical abilities.
- A proactive, service-focused approach with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
