Key responsibilities of the role:

- Greet and welcome patients in a warm, friendly, and professional manner, creating a positive first impression.
- Manage appointment scheduling, patient check-ins, and check-outs accurately and efficiently.
- Respond to phone calls and online enquiries with confidence, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrate strong organisational, multitasking, and time management skills to complete administrative tasks effectively.
- Adhere to practice policies, procedures, and protocols while maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Assist with new patient enquiries, providing helpful information and fostering positive patient relationships.
- Work collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure a seamless and positive patient experience.
- Maintain accurate patient records and support the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:





- Previous experience or knowledge of the dental industry is preferred.
- A caring, compassionate, and patient-focused approach, with a warm, friendly personality and a genuine willingness to learn new skills and techniques.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating a mature and professional approach to the workplace.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with patients and colleagues.
- Highly organised, reliable, and punctual, with strong multitasking abilities and effective time management skills.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment and accommodate varying work schedules when required.

This is initially a casual position for approximately three days per week and future Saturdays once training has completed.
