This role suits someone who understands the sales process deeply, embraces technology, and thrives in a fast‑moving environment where ownership and initiative matter.

Your Impact:

You’ll be the face of one of Australia’s leading aluminium fishing boat brands at Webbe Marine — guiding customers through one of the most exciting purchases of their lives. You’ll shape the brand strategy, manage the pipeline, and ensure every customer walks away confident, informed, and excited.

What You’ll Need:

- 5+ years’ sales & brand manager experience in marine, automotive, RV, or similar industries
- A strong interest in boating and fishing
- Confidence using CRM systems and technology to manage workflow
- Strong organisational skills and disciplined follow‑through
- A proactive, solutions‑focused attitude
- A willingness to learn and tackle unfamiliar challenges
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
- A sense of ownership and responsibility for outcomes
