Role Overview:
As the Platform Assurance Lead, you will lead the team responsible for the ongoing operation, optimisation, and continuous improvement of the data platform. You will play a critical role in ensuring platform performance, data reliability, and operational excellence - while driving a culture of proactive improvements and automation. You will be a key enabler of downstream functions such as Insights, Customer Experience, working closely with data engineering, Integration, business stakeholders, and governance teams to ensure seamless data delivery. The role combines robust technical depth with people leadership, platform optimisation, and cross-team influence.
