We're looking for a leader to operate our flagship corporate location while developing the skills to become a future leader within our growing franchise network. This is an opportunity to help shape not only the success of our North Lakes location, but also the future of The Back Nine as we continue to grow nationally.

Working alongside the Australian franchisor, you'll gain hands‑on experience across corporate location operations, business development, marketing, franchise growth and operational excellence. You'll play an integral role in building the benchmark location that future franchisees will look to as the standard.

About the Role

As our Corporate Location Manager & Franchise Development Lead,



you'll be responsible for leading the day‑to‑day success of our flagship North Lakes corporate location with an owner's mindset.

You'll create an exceptional member experience while driving membership growth, community engagement and business performance. Beyond the corporate location, you'll work closely with the leadership team to help develop the systems, processes and strategies that will support the growth of The Back Nine franchise network across Australia.

This is a hands‑on leadership role that combines operations, sales, marketing, community building and franchise development into one unique career opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the day‑to‑day operations of our corporate location.

- Deliver an exceptional member experience in a premium environment.

- Grow memberships through demonstrations, public tee times and local partnerships.

- Plan and deliver competitions, leagues, coaching programmes and community events.

- Build relationships with PGA Professionals, local golf clubs, businesses and community groups.

- Create engaging local marketing and social media content.

- Monitor business performance, reporting and key performance indicators.

- Develop operational systems, training resources and best practices.

- Support franchise development and contribute to the growth of our national network.

About You





You’ll ideally bring:

- Proven experience managing a venue, hospitality, retail, golf, fitness or membership‑based business.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, influence and build relationships.

- Demonstrated success in sales, business development or growing recurring membership or customer bases.

- Experience planning events, building communities or delivering exceptional customer experiences.

- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work autonomously.

- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with members, partners and prospective franchisees.

- Commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities for business growth and operational improvement.

- Confidence using business technology, CRM platforms and reporting systems.

- A genuine passion for golf and creating exceptional customer experiences.

Experience in franchising, coaching or multi‑site operations will be highly regarded but is not essential.
