In their gorgeous Brisbane offices, they are looking for a polished Legal Assistant with experience to work across all practice groups providing 5-star secretarial cover during sickness or leave absences to operators at all levels.
As a Float Legal Assistant, you'll be working with a wide range of personalities so being friendly and approachable and someone who is able to build rapport quickly is a must. There will be a wide variety of work in this role but your daily duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Preparing agreements and contracts from precedents;
- E-lodgement of Court documents;
- Administrative duties including photocopying, faxing, emailing, etc;
- Organising client meetings and diary management;
- Filing - electronic and hard copy; and
- Entering time and electronic billing;
