Evolution Civil Maintenance is engaged in the civil construction projects. We are currently seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join our skilled Civil Maintenance team in Western Sydney.

As a Senior Engineer, you will oversee and drive daily planning and engineering outcomes, ensuring successful delivery across projects

Your role will include:

- Taking thelead in identifying and addressing challenges and opportunities to drive successful project delivery and strengthen operational performance.
- Taking ownership of developing and implementing effective solutions that resolve challenges and maximise emerging opportunities
- Lead the end to engineering process for selected solutions, harnessing cross disciplinary expertise to deliver high?quality results.
- Lead design reviews at critical engineering milestones and drive the planning process to ensure successful delivery of engineered solutions

About You / Your Experience and Expertise

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline




- 5-7+ years? experience within the construction or civil engineering industry
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, consistently delivering to deadlines and maintaining high professional standards
- Strong technical expertise in civil engineering design and project delivery, including roads, pavements, earthworks, stormwater, and sewerage
- Sound knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, and guidelines (experience with QUDM and/or IPWEAQ highly regarded)
- Written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Proven capability to mentor and lead junior engineers, fostering development and maintaining a high-performing team environment
