We are seeking Program Support to provide high-quality program coordination, administration and systems support across the Western NSW Eye Health Partnership and Health Access Outreach Programs. This is a full-time permanent opportunity reporting to the Health Access Services Manager and plays a key role in supporting both day-to-day program delivery and the ongoing improvement of systems and processes across the team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide coordination and administrative support across Health Access Programs to support efficient service delivery
Monitor program timelines, reporting cycles and key deliverables, , ensuring activities are tracked and completed.
Support stakeholder engagement activities, including the coordination of meetings and communications.
Assist with the preparation of program reports, presentations and briefing materials.
Maintain accurate records and data within systems (including Salesforce and other program tools) in line with organisational requirements.
Support contract and financial administration tasks such as invoice processing and expense tracking.
Contribute to workflow coordination across the team, supporting consistency and efficiency in program delivery.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve and streamline processes and systems.
About You
You are a proactive and highly organised administrator who enjoys working in a collaborative setting and supporting teams to deliver quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
You will bring:
Experience in administration, program support, coordination, or customer-focused roles.
Strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a range of stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred).
The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
A continuous improvement mindset, with an interest in improving processes and systems.
An understanding of, or commitment to, Aboriginal health and cultural responsiveness.

The Western NSW Eye Health Partnership brings together key organisations including RDN, The Fred Hollows Foundation, Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services, and local stakeholders to improve access to eye health services and reduce avoidable vision loss for Aboriginal people across Western NSW.
