As the Manufacturing Team Manager (knows as the Area Manager internally), you will lead a Supply Shift Production Team and you will work on a rotating shift pattern leading this team and optimizing the level of planned service with the costs of providing that service, effectively and efficiently communicating, facilitating, coordinating, and prioritising all activities and production within the production area.

What would be your key responsibilities?

Drive performance, engagement, and capability of your team.

Create a strong culture for high quality products, food, and team safety in the workplace.

Identify and improve the reliability and availability of assets in functional area.

Optimise the supply chain using customer service metrics and planning systems.

Analyse & identify continuous improvement in quality standards.

What are we looking for?

Preferably knowledge of quality and food safety (food manufacturing), however other Manufacturing industries will also be considered.

Success leading teams and developing a team, uplifting engagement.

Mindset of operational excellence – continuous improvement, measuring and addressing performance, customer mindset.

Experience managing capital investment projects, market activities, environmental initiatives will be highly regarding, however is not essential.
