Kensington Kids Kingdom is seeking passionate and qualified Preschool Educators to join our agile team of early childhood professionals. This part-time or full-time offers the opportunity to play a vital role in shaping the development and wellbeing of children in our care.

What you'll be doing

- Providing high-quality educational and care experiences for children aged 3-5 years
- Planning and implementing engaging, age-appropriate learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework
- Ensuring a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment for all children
- Collaborating with families to support each child's unique needs and interests
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Participating in ongoing professional development and team meetings

What we're looking for

- Certificate III or Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Experience working in a childcare or early learning environment
- Strong knowledge of child development and age-appropriate learning strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing the best possible care for children




- A current Working with Children Check or the ability to obtain one
