- Public Sector Digital Services
- Customer Service Management
- Automation Engine

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement activities across business and technology teams
- Elicit, analyse and document business and functional requirements
- Develop process models using BPMN 2.0
- Work closely with Product Owners, SMEs, Architects, UX Designers, Technical Leads and Project Managers




- Collaborate with third-party vendors and delivery partners
- Contribute to the delivery of customer-facing digital products and services

Requirements

- 5+ years Business Analysis experience delivering complex digital transformation initiatives
- Strong experience facilitating workshops and managing diverse stakeholder groups
- Robust BPMN process modelling capability
- Experience working within Agile and Scrum delivery environments
- Experience with Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS), Customer Service Management (CSM) and Automation Engine (AE)

Highly Desirable

- ServiceNow implementation experience
- Human Centred Design (HCD) or Design Thinking experience
- Experience working within large corporate, utility, government or enterprise environments
