GBM Project Pty Ltd is seeking experienced and reliable Carpenters / Formworkers (Full Time) to join our construction team in Sydney.

The role involves performing carpentry and formwork duties across residential and commercial construction projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and compliance with Australian standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Construct, install, and dismantle formwork for concrete structures
- Read and interpret construction drawings and plans
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials (timber, steel, etc.)
- Assist with concrete pours and structural works
- Maintain a safe and clean work setting
- Work collaboratively with site supervisors and team members

Skills & Experience Required

- Minimum 2 years relevant work experience as a Carpenter or Formworker
- Strong knowledge of formwork systems and carpentry techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Good physical fitness and ability to work on construction sites
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Sponsorship available for eligible candidates who require Australian work rights
