About the Role

As the Treatment coordinator, you’ll be the key point of contact between our patients, clinicians, and support team - ensuring that every patient feels cared for, informed, and supported from their very first consultation to the completion of their treatment.

You’ll take ownership of the patient experience by coordinating treatment plans, managing appointments, following up on leads, and ensuring no detail is missed along the way. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a premium environment and genuinely enjoys connecting with people. If you have strong attention to detail, you will thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Be the face and voice of Avira Dental - warmly welcoming current patients and guiding them through their treatment journey.
- Coordinate patient appointments, consultations, and follow-ups with precision and care.
- Confidently discuss treatment plan costs, explain treatment options, and manage patient expectations.
- Maintain excellent communication between dentists, treatment coordinators, and front office teams to ensure smooth clinical flow.
- Manage patient files, treatment timelines, and key milestones using our CRM systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service - going above and beyond to make every patient feel valued, comfortable, and understood.
- Monitor active and pending treatment cases,



ensuring consistent follow-up and patient engagement.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to continually improve the patient experience and internal systems.

About You

You’re a people person at heart - warm, empathetic, and naturally organised. You know how to build trust quickly, communicate clearly, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

You’ll succeed in this role if you:

- Have strong emotional intelligence and love helping others.

- Have previous experience in dental, medical, or high-end client service environments is advantage.
- Are confident in coordinating treatment follow-ups and communicating clearly with patients.
- Can handle sensitive patient information with professionalism and discretion.
